Who we are

majikscale (“we”, “us”) is a B2B product that helps sales and growth teams discover leads from publicly accessible sources and draft short outreach notes.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our websites, waitlist, and product apps. By using majikscale you agree to them.

This document is a practical draft for product launch. It is not a substitute for advice from your own counsel. We may update it; the date above shows when we last revised it.

The service

You describe who you want to reach (for example a role, industry, and location). We search publicly accessible pages, score results, and may draft a short outreach note.

Plans are Free, Pro, and Enterprise in the product. Custom is available by contacting us and is not a self-serve signup option. Each self-serve plan sets search, result, and credit limits. Only Free is capped with no credit top-up; Pro and Enterprise can purchase more credits after included ones finish. Exact limits are shown in the product and on our plans page.

We may change features, limits, or availability. If a change is material and you have a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

Public sources only

Everything majikscale shows is gathered from publicly accessible sources. We do not buy private contact lists. We do not log into LinkedIn, private inboxes, or other gated accounts on your behalf.

You must use the service lawfully and for legitimate B2B outreach. You are responsible for how you contact people and for complying with anti-spam and privacy laws in your markets.

Accounts

If you create an account, you must provide a valid email and a password. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We store your email and a hashed password—not your plain-text password. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, scrape beyond fair use, or break these terms.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is optional. You give us your name and email, and optionally a company and a short note, so we can invite you when access opens.

Session data and privacy

Lead details shown in a search session may include personal contact fields such as name, email, and phone when those appear on public pages. When a session ends, we delete that session PII from the active session view.

Anonymized signals such as role, company, industry, and location may remain for product analytics and improvement. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Acceptable use

Do not use majikscale to harass people, commit fraud, violate export or sanctions rules, probe our systems, or redistribute scraped data at scale outside normal sales workflow.

Do not reverse-engineer the service except where local law allows.

Intellectual property

majikscale branding, software, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to run the service.

Disclaimers and liability

Lead data comes from third-party public pages. We do not guarantee that every result is complete, current, or accurate. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Ending use

You may stop using majikscale at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the product.
