Who we are

majikscale (“we”, “us”) provides B2B lead discovery from publicly accessible sources and short outreach notes. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

Waitlist: name, email, and optionally company and a note.

Accounts: email and a password hash (never your plain password).

Product use: search queries, plan and credit usage, and lead results returned for a session. Session PII—name, email, and phone shown on lead cards—is deleted when that session ends.

Anonymized role, company, industry, and location signals may remain after a session ends for analytics and product improvement.

Local device data: we use browser local storage for preferences such as theme and for an auth token when you are signed in. We may use essential cookies or similar storage needed to run the site securely.

Contact messages: if you email hello@majikscale.com, we keep what you send so we can reply.

Why we collect it

To run the waitlist and invite you when seats open.

To create and secure your account, enforce plan limits (Free, Pro, Enterprise), and deliver searches and drafts. Custom plans are arranged by contact and are not self-serve in the product.

To improve scoring, reliability, and UX using anonymized patterns—not to sell personal contact lists.

To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

Public sources limit

Lead information we surface is gathered from publicly accessible sources. We do not buy private contact lists. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep data

Waitlist entries: until we invite you and for a short period afterward, or until you ask us to delete them—whichever comes first, unless we must keep a record for law or abuse prevention.

Account data: for as long as your account is open. After deletion we remove or anonymize personal account data within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention.

Session PII (name, email, phone on lead cards): deleted when the session ends.

Anonymized role/company/industry/location: may be kept longer for analytics.

Auth tokens live in your browser until you sign out or clear storage. Theme preference stays until you change or clear it.

Sharing

We use service providers (for example hosting, email delivery) who process data only to run majikscale for us.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect people from serious harm.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA-style)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you; to object to or restrict certain processing; to export data in a portable form; and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information—we do not sell personal data.

You can request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing hello@majikscale.com. We may need to verify it is you before we act.

If you are in the EEA/UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California you may designate an authorized agent for certain requests.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including hashed passwords and access controls. No internet service is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password.

Children

majikscale is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
